CASA exam

First time in Malaysia, CASA AME licence held in Australian Embassy. So hari ini dalam sejarah Casa exam, akhirnya berlaku jua di sini, tanahairku Malaysia. Its been ages for us waiting this historical event happen. ahhaha.. I'm so happy finally they allowed us to do it in Malaysia. Terlalu byk sgt halangan dan cabaran, dan tak sia2 la hidup ini menuggu 3 thn only for this. So, today was our first paper in Malaysia. and we continue on 2nd paper on this friday 29th August and so on.. I still can't believe it. It just 1 week before Ramadhan.hahhaha...

Well, what is CASA actually? It stand for Civil Aviation Safety Authority(CASA). Their function sama macam DCA Malaysia (Department of Civil Aviation). So, Exam that im taking is for AME Licence (Aircraft Maintenance Engineer) and we are the choosen one to take the exam from other authority besides Malaysia.How lucky we are** it's a long story how this thing happen. But at this point the importance of taking this exam is proportional to doing projects to get PhD. So, that's mean it still long way to go. After all, i'm very happy today. Macam dah nampak cahaya di hadapan.ahahah.... rite now, i just want to have a good rest and continue to study again.. wish me luck.

felt art

Currently, i'm doing some project using felt.. Felt is kind of fabric ( it's kinda like pressing fibre).. texture of the felt is quit rough and physically it is tough. hehhe...

So, for a past few week I didn't update my blog since i was really get into this new stuff( it is new for me).What i'm doing is a made a few soft toys using felt. and use other stuff like buttons, color ribbons and crosstich tread. It's fun.. But i dont have any picture of it to show u guys.. later i will update the latest design k?

kl indie fest 2008

On 3rd, 4th and 5th of July, Pin Entertainment will introduce an event called KLindiefest 2008 organize by KL Tower and AMT Event and Management,sponsored by Crazee Causa. So, on that day..many independent music group will perform and independent clothing label also 'in'.For 3rd and 4th July, there will be mini showcase that will be held at amphithetre (its like a small gig..) and admission is FREE..huhuhu.. come and join us.

But the real event is on 5th July 08 involving skudap skudip, bittersweet,oag,meet uncle hussain, one buck shot etc...ticket : RM 25 (plus mineral water,sticker + entry to observation deck of KL tower).

I will involve for the food stall there...that's why I know a bit info bout this event. So..come and join us and support our local band and music and of course dont forget to buy a t-shirt as souvenir. hehe

migraine*@$#%!

Have u ever experience a very bad headache (u feel like u wanna smack ur head and pull over ur hair). Yeah.. I always had it… unfortunately. It is called migraine or migraine or terrible headache or whatever u likes to describe it.

What is migraine? From my readings, migraine is a form of vascular headache. Migraine is caused by enlargement of blood vessels. During a migraine attack, the artery enlarges and causes the nerves to release chemicals. The chemicals cause inflammation and pain. The more the artery enlarges the more the pain we feel. Usually it involve only one spot (forehead, around eye or back of the head)

What are the symptoms? Nausea, vomiting, facial paleness, cold hands, cold feet, and sensitivity to light and sound commonly accompany migraine headaches. As a result of this sensitivity to light and sound, migraine sufferers usually prefer to lie in a quiet, dark room during an attack.

How to treat migrain? Usually, I take a very long rest by sleeping. huhuhu... actually that is the best medicine since it does not involve any medication. But if it still not working, I take pain killer or aspirin(not good, try to avoid those medication) and it may have side effect (gastric).

recipe:: Thai Mango Salad::@Kerabu Mango::

Last week I prepared mango salad for dinner. Simple recipe yet really tasty( yum yum).
All you need to have are :

1. young mango (few pieces-slice it like strip)
2. red onion (thinly sliced)
3. fish sauce ( few drops)
4. palm sugar (grated)
5. bird-eye chili (hot stuff!**)
6. dried shrimp (pounded)
7. lime juice
8. peanut
9. salt & sugar (for taste)
10. cilantro (garnish)

If all ingredients is ready, first we have to peel the young mango and slice it thinly ( like a strip). Put the young mango in a bowl and put a side. Slice up chilies and red onion finely. In a clean bowl, place the chili,onion, palm sugar, fish sauce, dried shrimp and lime juice and stir them together. Next step, pour in the young mango and mix together with the ingredient. Taste with a little bit of salt and fine sugar. Before serve, sprinkle the salad with peanuts and garnish with cilantro,its ready to eat. Really suitable with fried fish and rice.

kungfu style

I went to cineleisure again for another movie treat.heheh...It's ::kungfu panda:: showtime.. i love cartoons movie soo much + other non thriller movie (i hate movies that make my heartbeat like going to explode or something). The characters in the film is so cute and adorable.. The panda given name as 'Po' was an ordinary panda who work at noodle stall run by his father, who got an oversize tummy, the laziest animal in China and he loves food so much yet he still ambitious and dreaming to become a kungfu master. ::Jack black:: was the best actor for panda( it suit so well to him-credit**) heheh.. I laugh until crying that nite.Well, i'm not the only one who act like that. I think each of them in that gsc hall was crazily laugh in each of the scene.Please buy yourself a ticket for this movie. It worth, trust me!I rate this movie by giving them 4 stars** ahaha..

Art untuk Gratis

My workaholic-sis plan to organize an art event again. The lattest is

::Art untuk Gratis:: . I ask her what is it?(it's not a stupid question) I bukan org art so I have to ask this. heheh.. Art untuk gratis is equivalent to the grace of art.It was rooted from the concept of art is 'free'. Basically, the theme for this event is free sharing of art which allows the public and viewers to enjoy art in any genre.

This event will on during 19th july 08(hopefully) and organize by ::Seniholic::,sponsored by ::kakiseni:: It is also a joint event with ::Tikus Rock Community::, ::Vain Music:: and ::Lomokids::.Venue will be at The Annexe, Cental Market, Kuala Lumpur

Actually this event is all about art of various genres. Painting, graffiti, music, photography, short film and shirt design; the event will merge everything under one roof.

Various of fascinating activity such as art exhibition, art demo, acoustic performance (by ::estrella**::yuna**::etc) screening and charity activity.Well, come and support them if u interested.For me its quite interesting to learn and appreciate the way they think and reflect cause lots of thing that inspired them is the thing that we ignored. Thus, i wonder how their brain works with their intelligence and able to make every single entity around us became the themes for their priceless masterpiece. Sometimes this kinda thing make us think at different perspective and make us realize that we should appreciate our surrounding.

Its heavy rain.. since the cabin is my office( fyi:i'm "cabin crew) when the rain hit the roof it sound so fierce and angry. Aircond+rain+hot choco equivalent to heaven but sejuk jugakla. Actually today i felt so bored(seriously boring) cause right now is exam week. Nothing much I can do right now because it's nearly end of semester. And now i feel soo "takde keje nak buat". Hehehehhe.... At the moment there stilla lot of on going projects that i hav to finish but i really don't have any feeling with all of that.ahaha...so now. I just wanna surf and write and surf and drink my hot choco and go home and surf again. But for tomorrow...hum...I guess I hav to start again.

birthday gift for him

31st may was his birthday. i wish i knew what i should give him this time. Last year,we celebrate by having dinner at a cozy place :: naili's:: with my bestestfren n her boyfren. And I decided to find something that he can wear @ put on everyday but this year it seem we celebrate all by ourselves.

This year actually i decided not to buy anything for him as his request it. But during last minute i planned to suprise him.I went to ::cuppacakes by +wondermilk:: to buy some of their cupcakes. they all look so yummy to me. I wanna order the custom made cupcakes but "No Reservation No Customation". Well nuff said..i have to pick anything on the table to make my plan easier. I choose 1. peanut butter n jelly 2. strawberry frosting 3.mint frosting 4.lemon frosting and they all butter cakes. Just nice. Good price.

After that I started to find tickets for midnite movie ::cineleisure damansara:: Well, its friday nite..and of course it's all fully booked.I just grab any movie ::superhero:: (i give them 2 star..boring stuff) that still available and choose ::couple seat:: (of course).



I ran off to bookshop to find anything interesting and good for him. Since i dont read much, i dont know which book is the best book.hahhah...so i bought him a cd by local singer ::mia palencia:: (superp stuff).love it.


That nite he smiles sooo much.even though he got cough n flu...be he still smiles to me.The best part was when he make that 'face'(terkejut sgt) .. so cute!

cupcakes vs muffin

What is cupcakes?

Cupcakes is small cakes that is baked in cup-shaped mould and generally designed for single serving. It also called as fairy cake since it small, pretty and decorated using variety of frosting, sprinkles and other creative elements.

What is muffin?
Muffin is a small cake like bread and usually less sweet.Physically they seem like cupcakes but they used small amount of frosting.They often used to decribe as savory bread-cake and have savoury varieties such as:: cornbread muffin and sourcream muffin::

What about english muffin?

English muffin is different from ordinary muffin. They are flat round muffin made from yeast dough. Usually they have a rough texture with large holes causes by bubbles of gas from the yeast which expand during the cooking process. English muffin is served split ,toasted and topped with butter and fruit jam.

But sometimes people being confused between english muffin and crumpets. Crumpet is made from yeast batter and it usually not split in half before eating with butter and jam too.
