Last week I prepared mango salad for dinner. Simple recipe yet really tasty( yum yum).

1. young mango (few pieces-slice it like strip)
2. red onion (thinly sliced)
3. fish sauce ( few drops)
4. palm sugar (grated)
5. bird-eye chili (hot stuff!**)
6. dried shrimp (pounded)
7. lime juice
8. peanut
9. salt & sugar (for taste)
10. cilantro (garnish)

If all ingredients is ready, first we have to peel the young mango and slice it thinly ( like a strip). Put the young mango in a bowl and put a side. Slice up chilies and red onion finely. In a clean bowl, place the chili,onion, palm sugar, fish sauce, dried shrimp and lime juice and stir them together. Next step, pour in the young mango and mix together with the ingredient. Taste with a little bit of salt and fine sugar. Before serve, sprinkle the salad with peanuts and garnish with cilantro,its ready to eat. Really suitable with fried fish and rice.
